The 2012 National Pathways to Adulthood: Convening on Youth in Transition was held at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans Hotel, June 27th – 29th.
National Pathways featured programs, services, and strategies that have been successful in addressing gaps in resources, meeting the well-being of foster youth and alumni, and improving outcomes for youth.
