The 2012 National Pathways to Adulthood: Convening on Youth in Transition will be held at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans Hotel, June 27th – 29th. Plan now to attend this three day gathering of caring professionals.
National Pathways will feature programs, services, and strategies that have been successful in addressing gaps in resources, meeting the well-being of foster youth and alumni, and improving outcomes for youth.
